As I wrote in my previous blog post, the most successful marketers are the ones who understand the importance of building a relationship with other marketers in their niche.

If you truly understand that, then the question that you might ask yourself right about now might be:

“How can I build a relationship with the marketers in my niche?”

I will suggest that it is the wrong question to ask, and it is the wrong approach to this matter.

Let me explain what I mean…

I am pretty sure that you have at least one good friend, and I am also pretty sure that you initially didn’t ask yourself the question:

“How can I build a relationship with this person?”

Am I wrong?

I don’t think so.

I am sure that everything was very spontaneous.

You and your friend saw each other, you started to talk, you saw that you have things in common, and then gradually your friendship has evolved until one day you both knew unconsciously that you are best friends.

This is why I am suggesting that the question:

““How can I build a relationship with the marketers in my niche?”

Is a wrong question to ask.

The ‘How’ implies that you are looking for a method, a plan of action, a step by step blueprint.

Yet, relationship doesn’t work this way.

Relationship is something natural, and doesn’t require step by step instructions – like instructions on how to build a blog, for example.

If you make relationship rigid by building action plans, then people will notice it and avoid you.

Many marketers contact me via email or on Facebook, and immediately ask me if I can promote their website.

By reading their emails I can see right away that their messages are not personal to me.

Here is an example:

JOINT VENTURE OPPORTUNITY OF THE YEAR!!!! BIG BUCKS!!!

***

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a Clickbank seller, and I have just released an awesome eBook which is called ‘SEO MAGIC FIRE MONSTER’.

You have been selected out of millions of other online marketers for a joint venture partnership with me.

I offer 20% COMMISSIONS on every sale you make!!!

Please send an email to your entire mailing list and promote my eBook, and if I will see at least 100 sales coming from you, I will promote you back to my mailing list.

If you want to read my eBook, before recommending it to your mailing list, then please purchase a copy through the following link:

seomagicfiremonster.com

I don’t have an affiliate’s page yet, so please get the affiliate link for my product from Clickbank, and write your own email copy to send to your subscribers.

Good luck with your promotion!!!
***

I might have been willing to promote those marketers products if those marketers have spent some time in building a relationship with me.

But they didn’t.

Those marketers have decided that “Relationship Building” is too much time consuming, and not something really important.

Yet, “Relationship Building” is the building block.

Let’s think about it for a second.

What product will you prefer to promote?

An eBook that a good friend or a family member has written or an eBook that a stranger (on Facebook, on the street, via email) has suggested to you?

This is why we should always focus on building a strong relationship with the people we want to work with.

Instead of focusing about how they can help us achieve our goals, we can focus on how we can help them achieve their goals, and instead of asking ourselves why they are not interested in us, let us try to be interested in them.

You see…

We don’t need to find answers to our questions we just need to change our questions.

See you on the next post.

When I first started online I thought that success online is all about coming up with a groundbreaking idea that on one has ever thought about.

I also thought that one has to register the perfect domain name and have the best looking website in order to be successful

Yet, as time went by, I have found out that all those things will not determine the level of my success.

Often times I see people online who have really great ideas, and create outstanding websites around those ideas, yet at the end of the day don’t make a lot of money from their websites.

Usually, it is the other way around.

Many times, I see poorly created websites with really bad graphics and domains which were created by dishonest Internet marketers who give a very bad customer support, yet “surprisingly” those marketers make all the money.

Why you ask?

Very simple….those marketers understand the importance of building a relationship with other marketers in their niche – which results in getting quality traffic to their websites.

Success online is not a man show (read this sentence at least 3 times).

It doesn’t matter how good your product and website are, and how amazing you are in customer support, if you don’t have friends who are willing to promote your products.

It is not enough to create a product, put it on Clickbank, and wait for affiliates to generate some sales for you – most affiliates are not able to make sales.

Even if you promote your product to the people on your mailing list, you earning potential will always be limited.

Nowadays, your best way to be successful in making money online is to joint venture with other marketers in your niche.

On the upcoming posts, I am going to give you my best tips for gaining joint venture partners.

Take care, and feel free to post your comments / questions below!

I always like to be honest and transparent in my reviews, so I will start this review by admitting that I am biased.

I know Daniel and John personally, and I have bought almost of all their courses over the years. Usually when they release a product, I just go to the sales page, scroll down, click the ‘Add To Cart’ button, and pay.

Yes, I don’t even read the sales page.

I don’t know if that’s good or bad, but this is what I do.

You see, I am not a technical person, and it’s very hard for me to learn new things, so whenever I want to learn something new, I am looking for courses
that will teach me things step by step.

Now, what do I mean by step by step.

If the product creator asks me to register a domain, for example, in his / her training videos, I don’t want him / her to tell me something like:

“All you need to do now is to take a few minutes and just register a domain name at your preferred registrar, which is very easy to do”

No way!

If registering a domain name is an important part of the course and it is very fast and easy to implement, then why won’t you take a few minutes, and show me the process in a step by step video?

This is how Product Development Control is built – in step by step videos which will teach you everything that you need to know about creating information products, and generating cash from the sales of the products.

Let me now start the actual review of Product Development Control.

When I first landed on the Product Development Control member’s area I immediately saw a video which played automatically, and gave me a very nice introduction to the course.

In this video Daniel and John welcome you to the course, and explain how the course is going to be delivered – jam packed modules which are already available in the Members Area.

Daniel and John also explain about the bonus items and support that you get as a Product Development Control member.

John also explains about the PDC Alliance in which John and Daniel will share with you amazing tips on a monthly basis.

Now, after the video ends all you need to do is just to….again…follow the steps.

Step 1 – Register for updates – it is very frustrating when you don’t get lifetime updates to products that you bought, yet Daniel and John will always keep you updated when they have new tips and strategies to share with you.

Step 2 – PDC Alliance – in step 2 all you need to do really is to sign up for additional training (optional).

Step 3 – Join John Thornhill’s Marketing Facebook Group – I always like it when the creator of a product gives his / her members a platform like a forum or a Facebook group to bounce ideas, and that is exactly what Daniel and John did.

You are not left a alone after your purchase Product Development Control.

You are getting an outstanding support from Daniel and John, and ALSO support and guidance from the Product Development Control members.

Not to mention that you can now build a relationship with LIKE MINDED and ACTION MINDED people.

I have spent so much time talking about the extra benefits of Product Development Control that I forgot about the meat of the course – the training modules.

So, currently there are 6 modules, and each module is really a segment of the entire process.

Now, once you access each module you will be presented with a video which will be played automatically, and will give you a great introduction to the specific module.

In the video Daniel and John will basically tell you what they are going to teach you in the module

Once you finish watching the video, you can start watching the actual lessons.

Two things that I really like about the lessons are:

Number 1: they are baby step by baby step – Daniel and John actually captured their computer screen, and show you how they do what they ask you to do.

Number 2: I always love it when the videos come in different formats, so in Product Development Control you can view the lessons on your computer, but also on your iPad and iPhone, and there are a few lessons that can also be viewed on your iPod.

So, let’s end by me summarizing all the things that I liked and disliked about Product Development Control:

Positives:

1. I know the product creators personally – Daniel and John are personal friends, and I know that the quality of their products and support are second to none. To put it simply, Daniel and John only release top quality products to the marketplace.

2. Complicated subjects are explained easy, and step by step – I don’t like it when product creators tell me to find out things on my own when those things are an integral part of the training. If you say that you can show me where the money is, then take me by the hand, and walk with me through the woods, until we reach the cave – don’t just tell me that it is super easy to find the cave because I just need to pass the woods.

3. Different video formats – isn’t it disappointing to purchase a video course, and see that the lessons are only available in one single format? With Product Development Control you get the lessons in multiple formats.

4. Price and Value- you get full access to a gigantic members area which consists of step by step video lessons, top quality bonuses, audios, mind maps templates, worksheets, and you also get an outstanding support from Daniel, John, and the members of the Facebook group. You get all of this for just $4.95 with a 60 day money back guarantee – should I really say more.

5. Support Support Support – it is true that many online vendors will tell you that if you will purchase their product you will get support, yet what many of them will not tell you is that the level of support will not be that great.

I got support from Daniel and John for years now, so I know that these guys take their support seriously.

Not to mention that they have also put a Facebook group in place which is open to paying members.

Negatives

1. Sound – I am not really sure that this issue will happen on your computer as well, but sometimes when I listened to certain lessons I felt like the volume could be a little bit higher.

2. Formats – You can watch the lessons on your iPad and iPhone, and there are a few lessons that can also be viewed on your iPod, yet if it was my course I will also try to make the videos available to download.

That’s actually correlates with the first negative.

I get a higher volume when I play videos using the VLC player, yet I cannot play the videos on the VLC player, because there isn’t currently an option to download the videos (except for video 1 in module 1) .

So, is Product Development Control all you need to be successful online?

My answer is: YES!

Find out more about it here:

In many of my training programs I show how to do market research on eBay Pulse, yet it now seems that eBay has decided to shut down eBay Pulse.

If you will go now to pulse.ebay.com you will be redirected to the eBay.com website.

I admit that I really liked eBay Pulse, because it really was a great tool that enabled me to see what people, who are looking to spend money, are looking for.

So, what now…

How will we be able to know what people are searching for on eBay?

Here are a few great alternatives:

1. Terapeak – this is an amazing tool that I really recommend you use. I talk about it in my Copycat Domainer training program, but in just a few words Terapeak is a research tool which enables you to see what is hot on eBay.

Also, with Terapeak you will be able to monitor eBay’s most successful sellers, and model their success.

Here is a training webinar by Terapeak

2. Google Trends – I don’t think there are many people in the world who use the Internet, but don’t know what Google is.

So, Google is a search engine in which billions of searches are made every day.

All those billions of search are documented by Google, and Google publishes those searches in a tool which is called – Google Trends.

So, this is another great tool which you can use to find out the hot trends in the Market.

3 Labs.ebay.com – with this outstanding research tool you will be able to research what eBay buyers are looking for.

4. eBay’s Popular Keywords – a weekly look at the most active keywords on eBay.

5. Popular.eBay.com – You can use popular.eBay.com to find popular products on eBay.

6. Watchcount – lastly, this tool will help you find the search terms that are most frequently used by eBay buyers.

Hope this helps!

Step 1) Enter your Flippa auction listing

Step 2) Click the ‘relist your listing’ hyperlink at the top of the page.

Step 3) Click the green ‘Relist’ button

Step 4) You will now need to tell Flippa what you are selling (an established website, a domain, a new website), and end by clicking the ‘Next’ green button (in this example, I want to sell a new website, so I am going to click the ’a new website’ option, and click ‘Next’).

We are already half way there!

Step 5 - in this step, you will need to tell Flippa what kind of a site you want to sell, and what it is about (in my case, I am selling a business website that my buyer can use to make money as an affiliate).

Step 6 - in this step you just need to tell Flippa how you have monetized the website. In my case it’s through Affiliation.

Step 7 - now you will need to describe your website to the website buyers, and because you are relisting your auction, your previous description should already be presented.

Step 8 - now pick your opening bid and reserve price (I like to start my auctions at $1, and with no reserve price). Also, you will need to pick an auction duration (I will try Flippa’s 5 days recommendation), and decide whether you want to accepts most bids automatically (which is not recommended).

Step 8 - On this page you will be able to add additional upgrades to your listing to get more traffic to your auction (I decided that I don’t want to add the upgrades, so I am going to leave all the boxes unmarked, and just move to the following page by clicking the ‘Checkout’ green button at the bottom of the page.

Step 9 - you will now need to complete ‘Checkout’ by telling Flippa how you are going to pay the listing fee (credit card, Paypal), and also on this page you will need to confirm Flippa’s success fee term, and their overall ‘Terms and Conditions’. Once done, just click the green ‘Make Payment’ button at the bottom of the page.

After you complete your payment you will see the following page:

Step 10 - In the following page you will just need to decide if you want to launch the auction right away or in a later time (I want to launch it right away, so I picked the ‘Launch Listing Now’ option).

That’s it! Your listing is now LIVE!

Good Luck!

I am just so thrilled to share with you this interview that I have recently did with Youtube star Mike Boot who has created the amazing character of Graham Murkett.

If you struggle with getting Youtube views and subscribers, then I know that this interview will be very helpful.

Mike has received millions of Youtube videos, and he has more than 50k Youtube subscribers, so I am sure that each one of us can learn something new from him.

I have a huge HUGE fan of Mike, and I am truly grateful that he has taken the time to answer so many of my questions.

Enjoy the interview!

1. Can you please share with my readers a little about you personally, and about the great character that you have created: Graham Murkett.

I’m a 42 year-old sometimes professional animator and scriptwriter. In the 1990s I worked on a lot of stop motion productions at Aardman Animations in Bristol, and this century started getting into applications like After Effects and Flash. Graham Murkett I guess came about because of anxiety about aging. He’s really just a projection of a me who’s a bit older and has less hair and is very slightly more naive.

2. What has made you decide to start uploading videos to YouTube?
I thought it’d be funny to see a cartoon character chatting with real people, so originally GreyBloke was just going to reply to other people’s video blogs — but the first video I put up got a lot more views than I expected and that kind of instant validation is gratifying and pushed me to do more with the character.

3. You have more than 50,000 Youtube subscribers, and you have received millions of video views. If you were starting again, with a brand new Youtube channel, no subscribers, and no views, what three actions would you take to ensure the popularity of your Youtube channel quickly?

This is a very good question. I’m not sure there is a way to gain quick popularity – I may be wrong, but I imagine all the popular YouTube channels spent a long time in obscurity before word spread. Unless you have contacts with a big online presence who can point their fans to your material you just have to be patient and persistent.

But if I were starting again from scratch, I’d look for a niche audience and try to figure out what other channels aimed at that audience aren’t already providing. I’d make half a dozen videos of consistent style and technical quality before uploading the first one, so I could establish and keep to a regular schedule… And then I’d just work at it and hope.

4. I have noticed that you are not monetizing your videos. What keeps you motivated to keep creating and uploading videos to Youtube?

My videos are monetised. I usually choose not to enable the pop up ads because they annoy me, but there are ads running before my videos and at the side of the page. Or at least there should be.

5. Do you upload your videos to other video sharing websites besides Youtube?

Nope.

6. Can you please share three methods that you use to get more exposure to your videos?

I post every new upload to Facebook, Twitter and b3ta.com.

7. For a person who wants to achieve Youtube success, what advice can you give?

Be patient. It’s not a Get-Rich-Quick type of site, except for a tiny lucky few.

8. In the early days, have you ever considered to stop uploading new videos to Youtube, and what do you think are the main reasons that people stop uploading new videos to Youtube?

I guess people give up because they don’t find an audience. I was lucky in that my videos have always provoked a lot of comments, and it’s encouraging to see people talking about what you do. Also in my case what I do is very personal, so even if not that many people are watching I’m amusing myself.

9. Can you say how many hours per day do you work (writing the episodes, creating the animation, producing the videos, etc..)

Probably 3 to 4 hours a day. It’s a part time job.

10) Why do you think that some of your videos got much more views than your other videos?

Obviously subject matter is important. My most viewed video is about Facebook, which is self-explanatory. My videos making fun of religion got a lot of views because YouTube is a hotbed of debate between atheists and religious people. The broader the humour, and the more obvious the target, the more people share them.

11) How do you keep coming up with new ideas for you videos?

The internet keeps hurling information at me.

12) Finally, what are your future plans for your Youtube channel?

I’m trying to vary the stuff that I put out. Graham is a fun character but has his limitations, so I hope to do a lot more videos this year in different styles and with different techniques. I’ve been lucky to meet some very good performers through YouTube who are often up for collaborating on things, so there are a lot more possibilities.

I want to thank Mike so much for this amazing interview.

If you are a bulk website seller, and you know that you usually sell your websites for under $200, then you will probably be very happy to know that Flippa has recently reduced its listing fee for new websites from $29 to only $9 (relist for $5).

I specifically said that this option will only be relevant if you sell your website for under $200 because Flippa has increased the success fee for new websites from 5% to 15%.

So, as the commenter Fox has rightly said in his comment:

“…Your site has to sell for $200 or less, or your overall costs are higher due to that 15% success fee…”

On a $100 sale:
$29 listing, $5 success fee = $34
$9 listing, $15 success fee = $24

On a $200 sale:
$29 listing, $10 success fee = $39
$9 listing, $30 success fee = $39

On a $400 sale:
$29 listing, $20 success fee = $49
$9 listing, $60 success fee = $69

On a $600 sale:
$29 listing, $30 success fee = $59
$9 listing, $90 success fee = $99

I have to admit that I always thought that the Flippa listing fee was too high.

You see, when I first started selling websites 4 years ago on the Sitepoint Marketplace (now Flippa) I paid $10 to list my websites, and there was no success fee at all.

Later when the Sitepoint Martetplace was moved to Flippa.com, the listing fee has changed to $19, and then to $29 (with a 5% success fee).

http://www.flippa.com/pricing

So, I was indeed very happy to read that Flippa has reduced the listing fee for new websites to $9 because I know that I sell my websites for under $200, and this means that I am lowering my overall fees.

As I have said many times before:

The money is in the back-end.

So, I have no problem to sell my websites for only a few dollars, to just break even, or even lose a few dollars, because I know that when I sell a website I have a chance to form a relationship with a new buyer, and maybe later offer him / her products and service that I have used over the years, and can now recommend.

You can learn more about the new listing prices here.

I suggest that you will make it your goal to give the best customer service that you can to your website buyers.

This means that when you sell a website you don’t only transfer the domain, and send the website files to your buyer, but you also go the extra mile by helping your buyer set his / her website.

Personally, I tend to sell ‘Clickbank Ready’ websites, so once I have a winning bidder I just contact my buyer, and explain to him / her that I am going to set the website that he / she has just bought from me on Clickbank.

This is not just good customer service, and a great way to get repeated buyers, but also an amazing opportunity to receive commissions from Clickbank.

Not sure what I mean?

Let me explain…

Did you notice the hyperlink that I have planted inside the word Clickbank above?

If you will click this hyperlink, and open a vendor account with Clickbank I will get a commission from Clickbank.

Not only will I get this commission, but I will also get a commission from each sale that you will make for one year!

You see…It’s a WIN-WIN-WIN situation.

My website buyers win because I save them time, money, and effort by putting the sites they have brought from me on Clickbank.

Clickbank wins because they gain new vendors.

And I win, because I give amazing support (thus get recurring buyers), and also get commissions from Clickbank.

As I have said in my ‘Flippa In NOT Your Business, But Your Business CARD’ post:

“…What happens DURING the auction and AFTER the auction is much MUCH MORE IMPORTANT than the ACTUAL SALE of the website…”

Many of my subscribers ask me how I am able to make money from the sites that I sell for a low price.

The answer is:

That I make my money on the backend.

Of course, I don’t only promote Clikcbank to my website buyers. I also promote other services that I use, and that I feel are essential to my buyers.

So, as I have showed in my ‘Advance Flip‘ video course, the real money comes in AFTER I receive payment for the website.

You can find more about ‘Clickbank Referral Program’ by going to the following link:

I always say that I have started taking my online business seriously in 2009 when I have started selling websites on Flippa, and released my first product: ‘The Flip Course’ training program which documented my progress.

Yet, even though, I have started taking my online business seriously in 2009, I have actually started trying to make money online in 2003.

It is now only a few days before 2013, and I thought that it might be helpful if I will use this opportunity to go over the 10 top mistakes that I have made in my online business in the past 10 years.

So, without further ado, here my top 10 business mistakes:

1. Product Creation – I really wish that I started creating my own products right when I started online, and that I was consistent in doing so. I currently have 7 products (that I have created after taking John Thornhill’s coaching program), yet if I have been more consistent with product creation I could have had many more products under my belt. Each product that you create is a potential stream of passive income for you, so the more products you create the more passive income streams you will have.

2. Building a Mailing List – I wouldn’t say that you will fail online if you will not build a mailing list, but surely you will struggle greatly, and build your online business in the wrong way. Nothing is more important than building your mailing list. I have only learned the importance of building a mailing list in 2009 when I have joined John Thornhill’s coaching program, and I am so grateful for that).

3 Build a Responsive Mailing list – it is very important that you will grow your mailing list, yet it also important how you will grow your mailing list. Will you grow a responsive mailing list or a mailing list which is not responsive, meaning, will the people on your mailing list be ecstatic whenever you send them an email, and take action when you tell them to perform a certain action, or will they delete your emails the moment they see them in their inbox. Sometimes a person who has 50 subscribers on his / her mailing list makes more money than someone else who has 500, 5000, 50,0000 subscribers or even more.

4. Build a Blog – I really wish that I had started a blog 10 years ago, and started adding content to the blog on a regular basis. As I have said in my ‘Blogs Academy’ training program:

You can publish a new post whenever you want, but I suggest that you stick to a certain schedule that you think you can commit to.

There isn‘t any magic schedule that I can give, and there shouldn‘t be really because what is important is not how many times you post, but rather the quality of the posts you post, and that you stick to a constant schedule.

So, if you can post once a day – that‘s great.

If you can post more than once a day – that‘s great as well.

If you can post only once a week – that‘s great as well.

Of course the more you post the more links to your blog will appear in the search engines, meaning, more chances of you getting traffic to your blog.

Yet, don‘t create a schedule for yourself that you are not sure you can commit to, and don‘t go to the other extreme of committing to post once a month or so.

I feel that the most optimal schedule is anywhere between one post a day to one post a week.

5. Focus on relationship – when I first started online, I didn’t understand how important it is to be a part of a close group of people who support each other. I am not talking about the casual promotion that you will do as an affiliate or a joint venture partner, but a constant and mutual support between internet entrepreneurs.

6. Test, Test, Test – it is very easy to make false assumptions due to our previous / lack of knowledge about a certain subject, yet if you are serious about making money online you must test everything before reaching definite conclusions. For example, don’t assume that you will have more unsubscribes and that your list will not be responsive if you will mail your subscribers often – test. I actually noticed that if I mail my subscribers often I get more responsiveness from them, and less people unsubscribe. Also, I have noticed that if I focus on promoting one offer, instead of multiple offers, I am able to generate more sales.

7. Review before Promoting – trust is really everything online, basically if people don’t trust you, they will not take action when you want them to take action. This is why it is very important that you will build a name of a trustworthy person. One good way to achieve just that is to review extensively everything that you recommend to others.

This does not exclude ‘free offers’.

You should also review free products and services that you promote.

It is true that people don’t need to pay money to access a free product or service, buy they do invest their time (and in many times they need to disclose their email address).

No matter what you want to promote online (paid or free), review it first extensively, and then promote it if you truly feel that it can help another.

My rule of thumb is that I will only recommend a product or service that I will be willing to recommend to a friend or family member.

8. Ask for permission –In the past, there were times when I was really got inspired after seeing certain features on certain websites. Once I got inspired, I immediately went to implement what I saw in my website. This is not the right way to do things. You should always implement new ideas after making sure that you are not breaking copyright laws. So, for example, don’t purchase the domain ebay.net or ebaytips.us (if they are available) before contacting eBay to check if that’s ok with them.

9. be consistent – one of the major reasons why people struggle to make money online is that they shift their focus constantly. One day they fellow a certain money making method, and on the next day they follow another money making method. I believe that you should stick to a single money making method, and work on it every single day for at least 6 month before reaching any conclusions.

10. Slow Down – it’s true that you should be consistent, and work on your business every single day if you want to achieve success, yet this does not mean that you should devote all your time to working on your business.

Devote time for physical exercise, and some time to get together with the people you care about.

What is point of having a successful business, and an unsuccessful mental and physical health

Sometimes walking slow is the best way to walk fast.

It is very important that you will find a mentor if you want to make money online.

I am not suggesting that you must have a mentor if you want to have success, but surely having a mentor helps a lot.

According to the dictionary, a mentor is a person who guides and teaches another person, so as you can see, we are actually using mentors all the time in our daily life.

When we are walking down the street, and we are trying to find a specific house, for example, we sometimes stop, and ask for directions.

The person who gives us the direction actually guides us, and we accept his guidance because he knows more than us about the area.

If we are studying at a university, for example, the same thing happens.

We accept the authority of the lecturer because he knows more than us about the certain subject that we want to learn about.

Making money online is no different.

Even though you need be very suspicious if someone promises you success if you just follow his / her methods, you should follow a person who you trust, and offers to give you a doable plan of action.

By following a trustworthy mentor you are shortening your learning curve.

Instead of wasting years of trial and error, you simply learn from the experience of another person who has already made all the possible mistakes.

Sure, nothing in life comes for free, and you will usually need to invest money if you want to be trained, yet in most times you will invest much more time and money if you will try to figure out things on your own.

I can take my own life story for example.

I have tried to make money for years on eBay, and through affiliate marketing, and I haven’t made any money. It wasn’t until I started to become serious, and invest in personal coaching that I have started to see some results.

In July 2, 2008 I have joined John Thornhill’s Coaching Program, and everything has changed for me.

Before I invested in John’s coaching I was actually losing money every month due to the high eBay fees, and since I have finished his coaching program I have been able to make a great online income.

This just goes to show how important is to have a mentor online.
